They're all far too boring... and look unproffesional...

Try having the colored letters in one line... Then having a small verdana font below with the actual name...

My client wanted them one bellow the other, so I made it just the way he wanted. So you really think they look boring? Hm....

It's my opinion of course If the client wants it that way then do it. In that case i go for 1

And also you have too many e's on the word exotic hehe

As Mist said, you have too many e's in Exotic. 1st on the second row is the best. However, they are all pretty basic. I'd add a picture of fruit, and maybe wrap the text around it. Or something. Anything to take away the basic feel :ermm:
