We run a Macintosh-site and use the integrated calendarfunction in vBulletin 2.2.9.

Could someone create a iCal-import/export function (its XML i think) so that our members can put their calendar on our forum and vice-versa?

You can find a copy of our official iCal calendarfile here:
99mac.com/kalender/99mac.ics

(so that you get a notion of what is needed)

I've seen various PHP scripts that can read iCal data; if nobody replies then you can try dissecting those.

I have searched the forums for such scripts - or do you mean on some other site?
