MySQL Error

I keep recieving errors at the top of my showthread.php file and in all the threads. It seems to vary in the numbers, sometimes showing 10 of the same error while in other times it only shows 3. Here it is here:

I've tried re-uploading functions.php and even showthread.php, but it makes no difference... Please
