Ive done some modifications to my forum, before i re open it i need to log everyone out (including ones with "log me back in when i visit" clicked in the user cp). Is there some sort of query i can run to do this?

can you even do something like this? because as long as they have the cookie aren't they logged in?

Run this query - this will make everyone not have their usernames and passwords remembered - they will have to manually return to their User CP to switch it on, or you can change the 0 to 1 to set them all back on:

LOL! It'll be all good as long as you backup right before. Then even if it all goes wrong you can always restore from backup when the "fun" is over.
![]() Although, couldn't you just use replacements do create a similar effect? Just make a replacement set where "Username1" changes to "Username6" and so on, and when #1 logs in, it will say "Welcome Username6" and all their posts that day will have the names all switched. Then simply delete the replacements and there's no mess to clean up. ![]() |
