I see that Vb3 Beta has it where it forces you to type 10 char or more befor a post is allowed. Is this intergratable for vb 2.2.9?

FWIW it's pretty ineffective. People will just add more characters, and it tends to block posts like typing one character and then attaching a file just to upload something, replying with "Yes", etc.
