Rankbars. I know it was on BB, but i couldn't find anything on the forums for this. It's little bars, that instead of User titles they go up in colors

Also, instead of using text for user titles in Admin CP, I think you can use <img src=""> tags to show images instead - so you can just show bars there.

look for Knomans Level Hack, it's the same kind of idea as that
