Dropdown option for registration (Yahoo, AIM, MSN)

Does anyone have a code edit to get rid of the AIM, MSN, Yahoo Text box and adding one drop down menu to choose wether u have aim, msn, or Yahoo and next to the drop down it will have a text box to allow you to enter in your screen name for what ever service u choose.

No such hack exists currently and it sounds like a pretty complex job using javascript
