memberlist.php modification

Members of my forums use English and Arabic letters in their names.
For memberlist.php to show the english and arabic letters list, I have added the following loop:

} 


I have noted that most of arabic letters in the ASCII table are between 193 and 224, but there are missing letters, I wish someone knows the exact start and end of Arabic letters.

This is not my main question, my question is: Where to put a "<br>" string to make the arabic letters come in a separate line?

should be before the arabian loop

I discovered that the loop is making table cells
so I added this line of code:

$letterbits .= '</tr><tr>'; 


and it is working now
