i allready searched the forums for this hack cant seem to find it

i realy need this kind of hack for my forum

.... and that all images will be a link and that they can be opend in a popup

You can set all images as links in your Admin CP vB Option Settings.

As for resizing on the fly - possible for attachments, but not for remote images with GD library, and it would be heavy on your server unless you have the image cached somewhere on your server.
