ISCSI stuff is off the IETF site

the cisco stuff I stumbled upon when looking for the aol im patent at the .gov patent office website. I then emailed cisco and spoke with some developers and lawyers about what was up.

the whtiehouse stuff. well it is up on the whitehouse .gov site
I didnt link to the site for a reason
I dont want people mirroring this. the white house should know about everyone who downloads those pdf's
But needless to say, I parsed about half of the pds files and compiled data drew conclusions and such...
