Hi, I followed the instructions on what to do about accessing hacks to download (license info etc. etc.) but i still cant download any hacks?

can someone please explain why?

sorry, did a search and figured it out.. i had my USERNAME not my EMAIL address!

note: maybe you guys should write a how to fore slow people like me
