I think this will probably be quite simple but it is not simple to me

What i would like is a page that i can add to my admin panel that when it loads it simply prints out the contents of every record in a specified table.

How hard would this be to do?

it shouldn't be that hard, there is a tool called phpmyadmin which does that ^^

just look a bit in it's code and you'll surely be able to port it over into the acp
