can anyone please help to solve this problem. Whenever I try to open ANY programs. It poups an error.....

Hm..
well It is a notebook, and I am not sure how to you format it. On Pc I usually use a starup disc to boot the computer, but I have no idea why it won't run when I try to reboot the notebook.
How do you create a starup disc on a notebook?

Just boot off the Windows installation CD. There are options within the setup to reformat/repartition.

When you go through the setup, somewhere before it starts copying files it will give you a choice. If it's not there then something screwed up with your version of Windows (maybe Home doesn't support it).
