Hi

I tried updating the counters, banning the ex-moderator and updating the counter................ it did not work.....

Ex-Moderators are always able to see and take part on private forums that are usually reserved for moderators....

What shall I check or do ????

(I am sorry if this has been asked before..... I searched and did not find.... )

There is a hack in the Full Releases Forum by flup

It is called vBmoddel

a) edit them manually and be sure they are in usergroup registred
b) edit there access masks (if you enabled accesmasks)

Xenon, I have of course tried to manually change their status to Registered Members, and updated the counters, and STILL they could enter the private forums reserved only for moderators.......

I even put the killed moderators in the BANNED group and STILL today one of them could enter a private forum AND POST There....

are you sure they aren't in the modtable anymore?
also have you surely checked the accesmasks of them?
