Could someone help me... I would like a hack where in a certain section of the board, when someone clicks on new thread a list of rules for posting that thread appears (they have to agree to these rules before they can post a new thread)

I thought that this would have already been released, but I havent found it anywhere... Can anyboady help?/

I made one a while back for vBulletin 2.2.1 at https://vborg.vbsupport.ru/showthrea...threadid=33406

I'm not sure if it works for 2.2.9 though.
