usernames and details transfer...?

IS it possable to merge a user database with username and details from site "a" into site "b" but keep site "b's" orginal user data base aswell.

But both databases on 2 different servers and domains?

yes it's possible

it's not that easy, but when the db-structure is identical you can do it
