Do you think it is possible to make a hack that allow the users of my forum to rate the avatars of the other users. Maybe a hack that lists all the avatars would be a way to start.

It would have to also reset when a user changes his avatar, it would be cool to have like an archive also displaying your previous avatars and there ratings.
