limiting inserted image size

ok guys, here the Q, my forum isnt 100% size, which means the tables can be streached outside of the banner when an image (for example a 1280x1024 wallpaper) is inserted into a post using the

<img>xxx</img> (< + > = [ or ])

now, i basicaly want to be able to set a certain size so it wont allow big images to be shown in the post, ...

Yea, I asked about a similar thing. But restricting image sig sizes. Seems no one can do it! >.<
