resize images....
I have a lot of members that like to post pictures of different things, and most of the users dont know how to resize their images. So when they post them in the forum using [.img][/.img] they are usually very large images.
What I am looking for is something that will resize images or constrant images that are in posts using [.img][./img] for them. This way anyone can post a picture without having to worry about resizing them first. Something that will make them no large then 400x400. Is there a way to do that? -WoodiE |

I actually requested this a few months ago..
Tim actually gave me a bit of code... it resizes the images to say 640* then makes the image clickable so you can view it's original size, but the problem is when a tiny picture gets uploads, say 200* pixels it will be enlarged to 640* LOL it definitely can be done by using php's GET image size so it only resize images bigger than lets say 640* and won't touch anything smaller, unfortunately I have an idea how to do it but have been unsuccessful .. someone make a similar hack here: https://vborg.vbsupport.ru/showthrea...617#post310617 but it lacks support as to how to get it to work.... this would be one hack I have been trying to get for the longest.. someone make it! |

Sebastian - The link you gave me looks to be for attachments, not images that are in the [.img] tags. -WoodiE |
