When I try to view a User's IP threw admin panel, I get this error. What is this?

For some reason that IP address that the user used is not compliant with normal IP standards (version 4 or 6). Maybe he spoofed it - or maybe it is just an error. You may need to go to your database and delete that IP address entry. Or just log in as the user to clear that entry.

I assume this error is only with that one user.

ahh option was disabled for IP logging in the CP.
