hmm, you can install logicians hack for conditional templates and take out the postcounter for you

how do I do this can i not simply edit a template in admin so my post aint shown

no, it would always require hacking, because conditionals cannot be in templates

you can also wait for vb3, then you can use conditionals in templates w/o hacking
