I KNOW it's in the hacks database but I could not find it =/

<< On the left here you have the Online/Offline text which is glowing when they're online..Can anyone show me where this hack is please?

Just edit the appropriate postbit templates (postbit, postbit_online, and postbit_offline, IIRC). The glow is just done with some CSS
