Is there a hack out there that could keep track of a users monthly posts? In order to entice more activity we were thinking of offering a prize sorta speak to the top posters of each month.
Would this be possible without adding a load of querries? And is is feasable to reset the number every month?

you can install vBStats - hack, as far as i know, it has also a statistik about topposter last month..
