Requist: ((phpbazar and vb ))

this is my 1st subject in this great forum

i want to use phpbazar which is e-classiefieds script u can find it here :

i purchase the product and i find that there is one file we can use it to register in phpbazar and then send the same registeration to vbulletin but what i wamt now
transfer the users from vbulletin to phpbazar and then any register or udate user account also will be the same to phpbazar
