I want to start a new forum and im willing to buy the license etc etc. Though i do need to be sure if its possible to make the forum dutch. Buttons etc. Is there any way? I know there isnt a official dutch languagepack yet but maybe there is already an alternative way?

Yes, you can manually go through templates and edit them until it is translated from english to dutch
