Staff Member Profile Field Hack Help

I'd like to setup a staff member tool that will allow my staff members to select predetermined drop down boxes in their usercp and compile the end result to insert into a profile field which is displayed in postbit of their posts.

Example:

Lets say you have these options in one box: Chair, Desk, Table
And then these options in the second: Leg, Top

The staff member would then be able to select, Chair Leg, Desk Leg, Table Leg, Chair Top, Desk Top, or Table Top as the combonation and then that combo is inserted into the profile field.

This would only be avilable for usergroups that I select.

Does anyone know how I could do this?

Oh yeah, this would also be it's own seperate link at the top, like "Change Avatar" is, but only for staff members.
