i'm sure that's probably a simple image; animated or perhaps even static.

It is an animated bar that scrolls across when a search is in progress.
I've seen it on several boards,so i'm presuming it is achieved by an available hack.

You can view it here, when you submit a search.
I managed to save the animated gif they are using.

Ok here's how to do it:

Login into you admin cp and in the "redirect_search" template replace all of it with this:

<img src="{ imagesfolder}/wait.gif">

Simply upload wait.gif to your images folder and remove the gap between the gaps in { imagesfolder} in the code above
