I was searching for sometimes tonight but came out empty handed..

I need a hack or a way to do two things

1 prevent a user from sending PMs (I have seen the min. post restiction) just totaly stop a single user or users from using or sending PMs

2 prevent a user from editing his/her profile (not all users)

create a new usergroup and move the user there and disallow what you need...
