Omg!!!!!!!!!!
I am so screwed! On every form I submit, the first four characters are hacked off each input field, rendering me helpless to edit my options and stuff!
I'm using IE6 on WinME...any ideas? Thanks. |

update: now it seems that it's only happening on text input fields with 5+ characters in them, not textareas or anything. to make matters stranger, it's only happening on my forums, but almost everywhere therein.

Uninstall WinME, chop up the CD into little pieces, then burn the pieces. Finally, soak the ash in gasoline and set that on fire. When you're done, install Windows 2000 or XP.
(Sorry but Me is notoriously buggy.) |

I know...Ive lived with it on my Main Machine since Christmas 2001...Lol...
I had it before and got rid of it, but the machine I got for Christmas is kinda weird...They sent me a Win XP Home "upgrade", which is really just an add-on to Windows ME, which doesnt get rid of the bugs! Satan |

This is a bug with PHP 4.2.3 when it's compiled with the mbstring extension. Ask your host to recompile it without mbstring:
