Is there a hack where a user can pick their own rank future?

Like when someone signs up they can pick army, fighter, teacher etc.

Once they pick what kind of person they want to be they could advance like this:

0 Posts: Soldier
50 Posts: General
100 Posts: Captain

0 Posts: Little Fighter
50 Posts: Fighting Guru
100 Posts: Fighting Master

0 Posts: Training to be a teacher
50 Posts: Teacher
100 Posts: Good Teacher

Is there such a hack? If not is there anyone willing to try this hack?
