is there a way i can back up posts & threads say out of a general forum only so i can move that forum to a different db just that forum

hmm, i can tell ya an indirect way:
install my archiv hack, the convert this particular forum into an archiv, make a dump of the archiv table, upload it to the other database and revert the archiv.

ok d00d i tried it but the bad thing is it only backs up THREADS not POSTS can u help me please

aren't the posts in threads??????????????

what have you done with your board ^^

but no you just can backup whole threads, because the forumid is just saved in thread-table not in post table
