Problems loading up URL page

I having recently posted this help on vbulletin and no one seems to replay, so I will post it here and see if I can get help from u experts :cheeky:

I have set up a own web server on my machine with apache 2.0.40, php, and my sql. The problem is when I try to log in the url I got broken links on forums. I have edit the http.conf file (I have added the line to DirectoryIndex) which can load up the page. Anyone have a similar problem before? Any solution would be great, so I can get started to post it on a main domain. Thanks!
