I have seen that people get an irc room, and then use this java applet to make it look like a chat room and it makes it easy on non smart irc users, does anyone know how??? HELP!

I am licensed vb member... What does this have to do with irc ? Why wouldn't you just help me and not be a smart ass?

I'm just very anxious, as are we all I assume, my apologies.

I am just willing to pay to have some help with this. I would like to make it so that I can have an irc chat but with the java applet making it easy, I know some of you have seen it. If anyone could please help that would be great, thank you.
