HELP: mass change user's timezone

hi

I want to change all users who have set their timezone: 0 i want to change it to: +3

is their any simple command that replace all "0" with "+3" in user's timezone??

[sql]update user set timezoneoffset='+3' WHERE timezoneoffset='0';[/sql]

Backup your db first!
