I have a certain person who keeps registering new usernames and flooding our forums with useless crap.

I don't want to increase the time between posts for the sake of other users and validating EVERY user is starting to get old.

What can I do?

Or install the Hellban hack or make him ignored globally by all users, or something similar, so that all his posts are hidden but he doesn't know it.
