fixing html xx

I am going the fading links hack but that requires some templates to be changed from reading something like this xx
to a more correct form xx

In the Currently Active Users section I have fixed it for normal users, but can't seem to get it to work for mod and admin who are bold (or and italic).

an other troublesome part is the [b]Private Messages[b] header it self and inside the link to My vB Home

all these I can't find the templates that sets them up.

can you pls help.
