How Do I?: Creating The Must Login Screen:

I have gone to several vB sites and before you can even view the forums they force you to login. You can't see any content until you login.

~~~~~~
How do you make this login screen up front?
~~~~~~

Is it a hack? If so please link me, I looked at vbulletin.org but found nothing like what I want.

Is it just a simple permissions thing? If so could someone please explain it to me? I just can't figure it out for the life of me.

I searched this site for the issue, but my keywords returned zero results, if this has already been explained tell me where I can find it please.

Thanks everyone!

If you want people to register/login before then can view the board, you need to edit the usergroup permissions for guests:

Admin CP -> Usergroups Modify -> Unregistered / Not Logged In [edit] -> Can view board -> Set to no

This will bring up the no permission login box when guests visit your board.

Thanks for the fast reply!

I completely overlooked setting the permissions on guest/unregistered members.
