My DB is getting sluggish, so I thought I'd prune some threads. Most of my Moderators have made closed Rules threads in their forums before the date I would like to prune up to, and this could cause bother.

I wondered if it is possible to make threads like these 'immune' to pruning? Maybe even a quick n' dirty hack that ignores closed threads... I like to keep closed threads as examples of bad posting etiquette anyway

Why not just make all you mods Super Mods and get them to help you prune all the things. Easy enough and no hacking required.
