Minimum post to view topic problem

I've been using the "minimum posts to view topics" think in the forums properties, i thought i was working perfectly.

Yet i just recieved a message from one of my members:

I've made an script and to post it in the right section I used the Scripting Section. So the problem is I don't have enough post's by myself to read what other's have replied, if they have any problems or just to see the thanks.

So a way to see your own thread even if you don't have enough posts is (you must have E-Mail subscription for that thread) : -> "User CP" then look up the thread where you have subscribed for can't view actually. Then Press Reply and dada you can see the reply's at the bottom.

So it seems not fully secured... Is there a other way to block a forum/thread for viewing, with the minimum post rule? As the vbb one u can post, but cant view it.. i need something that will keep them out the whole forum, if they dont have the 25 posts yet.
