Guess I could get ya'lls opinions. It's really nothing special, and I'm no wizard with graphics. My other admin does em but he's lazy =P.

Well, all I can really say is graphics...the vBulletin style default buttons/non-matching post reply/topic/closed buttons = not snazzy looking
