I have set my board to GMT time, and for some unknown reason, it shows as (now) - 7:35...

Why?

I set it back to its default, and it is still one hour ahead...

the timeset in your acp should be the same timesetting as your server..

so if your server runs gmt+1 you must set the timeoffset in your ACP to gmt+1

Ahh..there should be a hack, where you can point it to a website which is on the same timezone as you, or something. Thanks Xenon I didn't know.
