I remember a hack that would post a new thread in a specified forum when a new member joined, including the info that they registered with (biography, location etc). Anyone able to point me to it?

I coded it for someone's request (in requests forum?), but didnt release it. I also dont remember the thread or the requester but here is the hack anyway..
