Using php live, I am able to send an instant message just like AOL to any member (I get the list of IP next to their names so I know who they are and where they are). That would be nice if someone could figure out a way to implement it for all members.

Hack already exists... check full releases. it's an old one and it allows only Admins to send IM, doesnt cover users sent to other users

if you are talking about that one , it is only one way and does not allow for interaction (replying)
