Is there a way of making it so when the Whos online is switched off in the Options that Admins and Mods and Supermods can still see whos online

Admin CP/Usergroups/Modify/Usergroup name/Edit/Can View Who's Online/Set to No

Apply this for all usergroups but SA, SMod, Mod.
