I have used vbPortal and vbulletin for my site.....

I think you need to put back the copyright information on the bottom of the board... Its required, unless you paid for the remove (which I doubt - its not cheap)

Why remove the copyright? If you created the software, I could understand, but you did not so you have no right to remove it (it is required in the license statement).....

Like everyone else has said, put back the copyright of you will have your licence revoked. Also I don't like the java appelet on the front page, it screws the layout up as I don't (and won't) install the java vm.
