Can anyone please help me fix this

last resort try:
SELECT * FROM user LIMIT 0, 30

if same error comes up, it's db corruption, repair it.

Run this query in phpMyAdmin:

REPAIR TABLE user;

That's still a corrupted user table. Run this query again:

REPAIR TABLE user;
