must be php-based and stuff for the forum and have a few decent things to compliment the package..

I definitley agree with Velocd on that. I also use Verve Hosting. They are very stable. I havent crashed yet, or had any problems whatsoever. The customer service is incredibly fast, and they have some very nice plans.
