I am trying to make my own PHP test page, I got the template done but I dont know the PHP code to call the template? Can some please show the basic code to call a template accessible to all users, and the code to call a template that is accessible to only a certain group type? Example the page would only be display to the admins of the website.

Reason I need this is I used vbindex to build my FrontPage, but know I must convert all my other static HTML pages.

May I suggest you using WebTemplates Hack. It does exactly what you are trying to do.
