Index error

Ok I have an error on line 167 in my index.php

i was installing the colored online user hack and well it was fine, then I wanted to change the colors from red to an actaul hex code color.

it worked perfectly fine with normal colors.

even tho this isnt part of the prob lol...

I dont get it

this is on verison 2.2.6 so.. i dont know....
