Is This Legal...?
This is a direct post towards FireFly, PPN, tubedogg, and any other administrative power of vBulletin's official scripture here.
I recently added a new section to my site, Final Fantasy Republic. It runs like a vBPortal, however it's not. What i've done was make the entire site, template based (through vB's template system), and use the same coding (w/ global.php) includes to work along with each page. I feel that it is legal, because as i've reviewed the vBulletin.com FAQ (LINK: http://www.vbulletin.com/faq/sales/index.html#21) and as long as i've kept the "Powered by vBulletin, etc.." then i'm fine. Also, the other scripts seem more like a hack for my site to work with the database and my forums, in which I created entirely by myself. I'd also like to point out that I do carry a legal vBulletin board around with me -- Admins, Mods, etc will be able to tell. NOTICE: If this is at all in anyways illegal, please respond so in this topic. I will remove whatever is deemed as illegal ASAP. Thanks for your time and input. |

Glad to hear from you FireFly. I've been wondering for sometime, so i'm extremely excited that it's finally off my back.
